This website is provided by Winn Auto & Services LLC for informational purposes and to let you request vehicles, appointments, financing and service. By using it you agree to these terms.
Vehicle listings and pricing
We work hard to keep inventory, pricing and specifications accurate, but listings may contain errors and vehicles may sell at any time. Prices exclude tax, tag, title and documentation fees unless stated. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell at a stated price; all sales are subject to a signed buyer's order.
Payment estimates
Monthly payment figures shown on this site are estimates only, based on assumptions about term, rate and down payment. Actual terms depend on credit approval and final paperwork.
Appointments and service requests
Requests submitted online are appointment requests, not confirmations. We will contact you to confirm the date and time. Repair estimates are approximate until a technician has inspected the vehicle, and we will get your approval before performing additional work.
Financing applications
Submitting an application does not guarantee approval or obligate either party to a transaction. You certify that the information you provide is accurate and authorize us and our lending partners to verify it.
Payments
Payments made toward an account or invoice are applied per your contract. Returned or reversed payments may incur fees as described in your agreement.
Warranties
Unless a written warranty or service contract is provided, used vehicles are sold as-is as disclosed on the Buyers Guide and buyer's order for that vehicle.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by North Carolina law, Winn Auto & Services LLC is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of this website.
